Shipping policy
LOCAL SHIPPING:
All local orders with available stock will be shipped within 24hrs from receipt of payment. Some items in our collections are custom-made or out of stock, please refer to the description of your purchased item.
We have 2 types of deliveries to choose from:
Pudo Deliveries:
- Small Parcels (170mmx80mmx600mm) (1-4 Business Days) – R60
- Medium Parcels (410mmx190mmx600mm) (1-4 Business Days) – R100
- Large Parcels (410mmx410mmx600mm) (1-4 Business Days) – R150
- FREE delivery for all orders over R450
Standard Shipping Cost:
- Local Overnight – R120 (By 11:00 next day)
- Regional Overnight – R135 (Next day by end of business)
- National Shipping – R95 (2-3 Business Days) (Out of area shipping will need to be quoted on first)
- Free delivery on all orders above R450
If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will be shipped on Monday
Please note that we don’t take any responsibility for courier service delays.
Best’er Skincare does not take any responsibility for damaged, stolen, or lost items or any additional costs that may occur.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
All international shipping to countries outside of South Africa is done on a case-to-case basis and clients will communicate with us directly to arrange shipping.
International shipping of parcels from South Africa has come a long way but we are still met with many challenges. Best’er Skincare does not take any responsibility for damaged, stolen, or lost items or any additional costs that may occur at destination customs.
Additional fees may apply to international shipping costs depending on destination and goods. These costs could be FOREX charges admin charges for certificates or licenses needed to ship certain items. All charges will be communicated with the client on the first quote/invoice.
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of inquiry via quotes from our various trusted shipping partners. These quoted prices may differ at the time of acceptance of the said quote by the client. Best’er Skincare will not be held responsible tor these additional costs and will re-invoice the client for the balance. However, if the client has signed and made full payment of the quoted amount Bes’ter Skincare will reach out to the client to discuss the situation and come to an agreement.
Overview
Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any Product that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any items that was ordered, shipped, received and customer changes mind as all orders are made fresh.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will be contacted to retain details to where the refund must be paid within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@besterb.co.za.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@besterb.co.za and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Unit 2, 7 Jockey Street, Stormill, Randburg.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
